Last night I read quite a bit about people who've hitchhiked alone across United States. I think I may do it after this trip (or I may stay and teach. Not exactly sure).
I told my dad about both options over FaceTime. He says they both sounds like good options and I'm glad that he supports both of them.
I also FaceTimed and my friends Andrew and Irlanda; I told them about my trip so far, showed them the teahouse we are staying at, and the Himalayas.

My family "complained" that I didn't send them enough photos of myself, so here is one of me |

This is funny because we heard so much about Tilicho Lake and how's it's the world's highest lake. Tilicho Lake isn't even in the list of top ten highest lakes in the world.. |
Our elevation now is 11,545 ft. It's the coldest we've felt on this trip (still not that cold though?). We warmed up and met the other trekkers staying in the same teahouse as us: 2 nice guys from Germany. Pretty much everyone we meet is always so surprised and supportive that we are so young and traveling.
I ate some mac & cheese for dinner and Ben had dal bhat; which was kind of funny because he normally isn’t a big fan but said he was craving it big time.
